It appears that one of Minnesota's electoral votes went to John Edwards (known as a "faithless elector"). Will this show up on the total electoral vote on the atlas map?

It may end up being a blank ballot if this dimwit voted Edwards/Edwards.
There is nothing in the constitution which prohibits this action.

Both of your votes cannot be for candidates from the same state.
Yes they can. As long as that's not your state.
But there is something in the Constitution that may prohibit this action anyways. Go to the other thread on the topic. In fact, I'd advocate that to everybody. Ignore this thread.
