Well there is a lot of alcohol-related violence.
But even that is at its worst where social norms permitting and governing moderate (or even borderline) alcohol consumption are lacking. Which is, for instance, why Indians don't drink more per head of the population than Whites but have far more alcohol-related, and alcohol-related-violence-related, deaths. More excessive drinkers driving the average up, more teetotallers driving it down. Nothing to do with genetics.
Similar differences exist in cocaine usage between the Andes and the rest of the world.
