Our resident Mormon used to be Mr Fresh, and I'm pretty sure there's only one thing in this thread he'd take offense to (well, possibly the thing just above this post as well) This one:
While no longer condoned by the mainstream Mormon church, it's still pretty common in Utah and parts of northern Arizona, and I imagine that some mainstream Mormons still preach polygamy despite the fact that it's usually practiced by the FLDS and other break away groups.  Mormonism is one scary cult in general.  Anyway, check out this link, it's got some pretty good info on the subject:

It's probably from Census 2000...ie, it's probably the owner's own estimate. Or maybe it means they all rent (from the church), and the rent due is 0,00 $.

Some more info on Rocky Ridge, from the Census.

Population - 403 (Juab County 8,238. Utah 2.233 mio)

Non-hispanic white only percentage: 98.0% (Juab: 95.2%. Utah: 85.3%)

Median age by gender: Females 15.0 Males 12.6 (Juab 27.1/25.8. Utah 27.7/26.7) This is further evidence I guess - young adult males leaving.

No. of households, and average household size: 61 / 6.61 (Juab: 3.31 Utah: 3.13)

Percentage of households of the following type: "Female Householder, no husband present, own children under 18": Utah 5.8% Juab: 5.7% Rocky Ridge: 42.6% Any questions? That's 26 households. In 22 of them, there are own children under 6.

Percentage of households who rent: 88.5 (Juab: 20.2, Utah 28.5)

Percentage of adults (15+) to be never married: male 50.5%, female 42.2% (elsewhere: 20s.)

An even cooler stat: Of 45 married men, 38 are listed "spouse present", 0 "separated", 7 "spouse not present - other".
Of 67 married women, 33 are listed "spouse present", 7 "separated", 27 "spouse not present - other". Huh

136 of 160 residents in the labor force work in the place.

Units in structure - 1, detached - 20% (Juab: 80%. Utah, 68%)
1, attached - 54% (Juab: 3%, Utah 5%)
1, mobile home - 26% (Juab 10%, Utah 5%)
more than 1 - 0% (Juab 7% Utah 22%, these figures by unit, not by structure)

Percent of households who rent: 89% (Juab: 20%. Utah: 29%)

Rent: 8x 150-200 dollars. 8x 400-450 dollars. 32x no cash rent. Note that these figures come from the sample sent to about one in seven households, and obviously represent 1, 1, and 4 actual households.

Owner-occupied structures estimated at 175-200K, median.

That must be one large 'group quarters'
These are row houses. Now, they might all be looking the same, and all in one row. I don't know that. But I don't think they're interconnected, they wouldn't qualify as individual units otherwise.

Huh? What? Where's it say that?

Oh, you got me wrong. These are types. "1, detached - 20%" means that 20% of units are in detached single-unit structures.
"1, attached - 54%" means that 54% of units are row houses. (I think what the Brits call semi-detached would also qualify.)
"1, mobile home - 26%" means that 26% of units are mobile homes (who are technically detached as well, but not counted as detached houses since that would be mighty misleading...)
