Casey's been disappointingly silent on this, though I suspect he support same-sex marriage despite being nominally pro-life. I could see Toomey being a closet supporter as well; he's socially right-wing, but he's always been economically-oriented.
I think Casey supports it, but I don't think Toomey does.
Toomey seems like one of the earlier Republican SSM adopters, because (1) the position will work in Pennsylvania come re-election time, and (2) Toomey is pro-megabusiness, and the megabusiness community generally wants SSM.
