You seem convinced that Trump is going to get over 10% of the Black vote. Blacks are the most inelastic voters in the country and Trump has done nothing to appeal to them.

The fact that mitch McConnell is actually bringoing this up for a vote. If he gets a solid reform bill I could see young to middle aged aa males maybe going 25 percent for him.
