If Cuellar gets replaced ( which I imagine he will) this seat is still staying D, it was carried by O’Rourke, Collier, Garza, and even Dudding in 2022. It’s not flipping unless Cuellar is on the ballot

The primary already happened, and Cuellar is claiming innocence. I don't think he is going anywhere for the time being.

Should the GOP win this seat in 2024 (there is a primary run off) I think it is a 1 term rental and will go Democratic regardless in 2026.
