Musgrave, Chip Pickering (R-MS), or John Hostettler (R-IN).

My own.  I hate her, and if she's gone, the Republicans have a chance (slim, but there's a chance, as the district is less Democrat-friendly than it was pre-redistricting) of taking the seat.

Nita Lowey (D-NY-18)

I doubt it...Gore won that district by 20.

As I said, "less Democrat-friendly than it was pre-redistricting."  Redistricting was done after the 2000 census, so it was obviously not in time for the 2000 election.

The numbers I cited were under the new boundaries. Under the old boundaries, Gore won NY-18 by 23, so it looks like the district didn't change that much.

How about Orrin Hatch? Government of the corporations, by the corporations, for the corporations...

I thought we were talking about Representatives (i.e. House members).

As far as Senators go, I'd say Trent Lott.

the fact that [Musgrave is] Joel Hefley's wife

I'm not sure Musgrave and Hefley are married. I couldn't find any biographical information on Musgrave's website, but Hefley's website says his wife's name is Lynn.

I thought that was the case...  Sad  But I was hoping I missed his name or something.  Is this b/c of redistricting?

He was placed in a majority-minority district and lost in the primary.
