If by 'cause trouble' we are talking about one of them saying something embarrassing, then Rafael Cruz. The others have all been through multiple presidential campaigns and are more politically savvy. Pappa Cruz is the most likely to say something extreme forcing the inevitable "do you agree with you father that [insert crazy thing here]?" type of questions.
