FL Gov Rick Scott "all but endorsed" Donald Trump, writing a gushing op ed about him in USA Today

While not a full endorsement, it is kind of a big deal. So far Trump doesn't have a single endorsement from a sitting governor, senator or congressperson.

Another person who has come close to endorsing Trump is Sen. Jeff Sessions, who appeared at a Trump rally and supposedly wrote Trump's immigration plan.

I think if Trump wins NH, the Tea-party friendly types of GOP office holders will start to openly endorse Trump.

Not sure if this was the big news but Sanders was endorsed by Paul Kirk (DNC chairman from the mid 80s)

This is the last Sunday before the Dem primary, a big day for black churches where a lot of campaigning happens. Clyburn is said to have the best political network in the state so a week of putting that into motion will help.

Reid isn't endorsing because he is the Dem Senate Leader (he didn't endorse Obama until after Hillary called it quits), but Reid did help Hillary win Nevada so that's kind of all that matters.

Tester is head of the DSCC and perhaps he feels he shouldn't pick sides as he is in charge of recruiting candidates and winning the Senate.

Menendez is under federal indictment so no one wants his endorsement.

So Merkley and Warren are really the only ones left in play. My bet is Warren is going to not endorse (or at least not until late in the game when it doesn't matter anymore). If Sanders has a chance at any Senators it would be Merkley, but other progressives have bent to the will of The Clinton so you never know.
