Bush donors are also hedging, probably split between Rubio and Kasich. And a lot of big establishment GOP donors are still waiting to see which one of the three (Bush, Rubio, Kasich) emerges as a consensus. Each one has strengths now. Bush and Rubio are tied nationally but he still has more money, Kasich leads both in NH, Rubio edges out both in IA. And of course all 3 are trailing the outsiders. The establishment types aren't used to this, by this time they usually have their guy.
