I will give this my utmost support.  The use and development of nuclear weapons needs to be stopped and we don't have much of a right to tell others to do so if we don't.

     If I'm interpreting this right, it could actually help us in that it would make it harder for new nuclear powers to emerge.
Still does not help us, we are entering into a foreign agreement which is not a good thing.
Thats sheer idiocy DWTL, are you saying all agreements with any nation other than our own is purely wrong?
