ehhhhh... That how I was until the age of 14. Anyways, they should have the $5 surcharge only if they compensate the strip clubs in some way through expressly protecting thier rights. Perhaps they should have a penny-to-dollar tax. Generally, this isn't a good idea. We really should be working together to prevent rapes.
