It is a haven for attacks and disappearances, and many of our citizens have been the victims of violence. We need to lead the way in eliminating this danger by rallying the country and the world to our cause. The apparent lack of order in this region is too much to ignore.

I am not one who argues in favor of military action lightly, but this is a smart and necessary use of our volunteer force, and we can conduct it efficiently. This big problem requires a big response, and I am afraid nothing short of war can solve it.
