Wow, Don Cazayoux got his butt handed to him. So much for "incumbents don't lose in Louisiana".

What's the deal on Louisiana?  Will Landrieu actually be forced into a runoff (she's only leading 50-48%)?  CNN has called the state for Landrieu, but are they aware of the fact that you need >50% to avoid a runoff there (unless state law is changed, and I somehow missed it?Huh)?

No more runoffs in federal elections, just state elections.

The state BOE corrected the VA-05 numbers: Perriello is up by over 2,000 votes now. Also, it looks like Nye is on the verge of defeating Drake in VA-02.

Thank you, Virginia.

I'm willing to call ID-01 for Walt Minnick. He's up by 3,600 votes with 3 precincts left in the state.

The Virginia SBOE currently has Tom Perriello leading Virgil Goode by 31 votes. This one is going to be a while.
