Sure Lincoln literally ended slavery and prevented this country from splitting in two, but Reagan cut taxes and stuck it to the HIV-infected f****ts. Of course he's the best president.

I find it more than questionable to even rate Reagan above average, let alone at the very top. Doing so requires you to either ignore the more terrible aspects...or to just not care.
