Any list would be hard to come up with in a "fair and balanced" way.  Where do you draw the line?  Would it include every alderman/councilman that took some money under the table from a construction company?  At least state wide elected officials?  Do we count the extremely insane that don't really represent their parties very well like McKinney or Bachman (not that either is necessarily corrupt, just nuts)?  And you couldn't just add 'em up as some things are MUCH worse than others.  I suppose we could start at the worst of the worst and see if any patterns emerge....do Cunningham and Jefferson balance each other out or are the actions of one substantially worse than the other?
