24 year olds shouldn't be porking 14 year olds, horrible proposal. The "half plus 7" rule would be much better. 20 can be with 17, 24 with 19...it kind of falls apart the younger you go, but it's much better than a straight 10 years.
Of course either would be better than putting somebody that is 18 in jail (and put on the sex offender list) for nailing his neighbor that's 16 or the 15 year old girl texting a pic of her boobs to the cute boy she likes.
