"moderate" Abbas still a lying asshat

Two cowards stab a defenseless kid riding a bike.  One gets hit by car running from cops, Abbas tells world he was "innocent" and murdered by Israeli cops.  Except he's not dead and is about as far from innocent as a 13 year old can be.  Perhaps Abbas feels a little guilty (if that's even possible) since his previous lies are what encouraged the douchebag (and the dozens of others) to go on a stabbing spree.

But there wasn't a bunch of stabbing 2 months ago.  Then Abbas lied about something.  Now there are bunch of stabbings.  And he continues to lie.  I"m not saying Israel is completely innocent, no state or person is.  I'm saying the current escalation is caused by one side escalating it.  I'm saying the people in charge of that side are encouraging that escalation.  Bibi, even with his faults, isn't encouraging Israelies to get revenge for things that didn't happen.  There aren't a bunch of Israeli teenagers running around stabbing elderly Palestinians.  Or driving their cars into a group of people, jumping out and hacking them to death with an ax.  This isn't a conflict with equal badness on both sides, never was, never has been.  It doesn't matter how much the anti-Zionists want to spin it that way.

So the current flare up started because Abbas lied that Israelis were going to destroy Al Aqsa (they ain't) and encouraged the morons that still listen to him to go all stabby stabby.  Because, you know, holy sites should be protected and respected.
