Yeah. It's kind of sad that people can't get beyond their party mindset and think in terms of what the proper thing to do is. Frankly, John Aschroft acted appropriately, and Loretta Lynch should follow his lead. That's the kind of America I'd like to live in anyway, fwiw.

People are still using this as a defense? I had thought the official "tale" had moved on to "we knew it was bad (because we're not idiots), there was nothing that had big red "CLASSIFIED" words on it, so it's just a minor, simple, minor, honest, minor mistake".
I'm just waiting for the emails to drop. It's going to be fun whether she gets indicted or not. If she doesn't, it will just further prove that the "fix is in". If she does, good, maybe a little justice will get served.
