I wish.  If true, it's illegal for him to be here, but if the yougo precedent is involved, Dave doesn't care.

Our new friend here's IP appears to be in Nashville, while Woz's was in North Carolina.

I'm not an IP wizard like Alcon, though, and I can't vouch for how authentic or not his IP seems.
