MLK would have a hard time winning any states.  His message at the end of his life was left-wing, and while he was a powerful orator and could critique the national situation, Nixon would probably still hold onto a good job approval rating. "Dr King is one the greatest Americans who ever lived, and we're voting for Nixon" would be a common sentiment.   And then there would be those who wouldn't vote for a black.

If Dr King does live on, perhaps that changes the political landscape and national attitudes in other ways.  Maybe less dissatisfaction in 68, and Humphrey (or another candidate) manages to do well enough to cause an electoral vote stalemate?
