Since those are for military use, it needs a autorisation of the German Defence Ministry, which wasn't given yet.

Pet peeve II: The Reichstag is just the name of a building and as such an inanimate object. Short of collapsing, buildings don't do anything either. Tongue

Can we say the "House of Commons" in UK and Canada, then? It isn't a building.
