I'm not very aware about payrolltaxes, but who would have the money freed? The employer or the worker?

As for the legalities, it is taxpayer money to the federal treasury and we can set whatever standards we want for its usage to ensure it is being handled responsibly.

Would you trust your paycheck to such people?

It would be surprising than none of them are elected on the Pacific Council.
Deciding to exclude those members from the decisions would be constitutionnaly dubious, at best. Going over it and taking the decisions by ourselves would be very ironic, since it's what they want since the very beginning.

I don't see what you mean. Besides, it wouldn't be the Pacific Council but spamage that would actually be handling the money, and the SoIA already has the ability to pull monies in litterally numerous bills and on numerous distributions if it is being misused. This isn't Pacific money, this is the Federal Govt's and we have the obligation to set standards for its use as we have doen on dozens of bilsl over the past several years. This is no different then any of them as far as the legalities are concerned.

Spamage was recalled, if my memory is good.

I can't support this if Section 1.4.3 is removed. There is no point in letting the people who caused this have more money to do more damage with. Simply, that's insane. These creeps are still bragging about causing a recession.

So what do we do if a NM-AM member remains on the Council after the recalls? Will they not be able to be engaged in how the money is spent? That doesn't seem legal.

Its our money- so whatever strings we attach are legal.

What isn't legal is the actions they took. You should condemn their illegal, u ndemocratic, unconstitutional actions.

Look. Answer the question. What will happen if a NM-AM member wins a seat on the Council, with that clause written into the bill?

The Governor can be in charge of distributing the funds as he sees fit.

And if the Governor is an NM-AM member?

The Governor is a normal person. Trolls can't get elected Governor in the Pacific.

You're still ignoring my question and are insulting to Pacific inhabitants.

Hey, I am a Pacific inhabitant. What is your question I would be happg to answer?

What if an NM-AM member is elected as governor? I already lived in Pacific and I know than winning elections there isn't complicated as soon you're structured. So, it's not impossible.

I also have issues with considering the political views of regional officeholders in the process.

This is creating a bad precedent. So, next time a party has the president and a majority in Senate, they can refuse to send money to regions controled by another party?

Please. I don't want to hear AGAIN that argument. We know NM-AM talking points and Napoleon's ones and all that political postiring is not useful for Senate.

I do not want to hear it again and I very much odubt than Senators are interested. If they are really interested, there is already a lot of threads about it, so stop polluting Senate, both of you.
