This is an area for Senators to relax, talk with each other, and discuss bills in a quiet and civil way, along with a few drinks. Nothing is allowed to be quoted from the bar, but that doesn't mean anything can be said-I will ban people from the bar for drunk, overly immoral or disorderly behaviour for up to a week.

Now back to positive stuff. Beer is cheap, but make sure you don't charge it to the taxpayers; there are several seperate booths for hire and we have los of stuff to do-Monday nights it's Rugby Union, Tuesdays it's Soccer, Wednesday is Trivia night, Thursday night is Happy Night; cheap beer and no entertainment, Friday night is Live Music, Saturday Night is Aussie Rules Football and Sunday night is American Gridiron. Opening hours are 5pm-midnight, unless there is an all night session in the parliament. Coincidentally, it's 5-midnight in any timezone Wink On Sundays we open at 1pm.

Coincidentally, Sunday is my night off Wink

Now that thats all done, it's time to open the bar:

WELCOME TO THE APPENDIX! Free beer for an hour to all Senators, for half an hour for the President, and for 15 minutes for the cabinet! (In order of importance of running the country, wuith the most important the most sober Wink)

I'm afraid we don't carry that. Our beer list is small an international; with no more then two beers from any country.

Our American beers are Pabst Blue and Budweiser, or for an international flaour, I suggest the Australian Cacade Lager or the Irish Guiness.

Nation throws an empty beer bottle at everyone on stage. They fall down, unconcious.

3 day ban, effective from 11:20pm July 19, 2004 to 11:20pm July 22nd, 2004. Violation of this ban will lead to a further one week ban. Violation of that ban will lead to permanent banning. Violation of that ban will mean i will never ever vote for you in anything Wink

Just because the music is crap doesn't mean anything.

BTW, It's Tuesday night. You know what that means...

The igscreen is showing a repeat of the Euro2004 final between Greece and Portugal, and we have hired 5 mini-foot tables for the enjoyment of the senators Smiley

Governors and Cabinet Members are allowed in, but everything costs 10% extra for them and they can't use the pool table Wink

Grand re-opening Sunday night, 7pm North American Eastern Standard Time.

There will be balloons and party pies!

(Reading the start of this thread was hilarious. I was even worse at typing back then then I am now) Tongue
