It's still too early.
My home state Michigan is delayed only because p**** moderates—the same spineless, hypocritical group which helped deliver the 59 percent, in 2004, which voted against the LGBT community for a state constitutional ban—has continued to let Republicans win dominantly in the state's midterm elections of 2010 and 2014. So, the state's attorney general is—quite predictably— a parasite who sucked up to the haters by fighting last year's ruling.
If the Democrats in my state had brains, they would be leaders not followers, and the state would not be on its sick pattern of putting up with the GOP in state leadership roles. This is why I don't ever see a Michigan Democrat getting elected president of the United States. They don't deserve to. And that's saying a lot given the fact that Michigan is still one of the Top 10 most-populous states—and, with exception of 42nd president Bill Clinton—we are constantly seeing presidents of the United States from double-digit, electoral-vote-rich populous states.
