I find it amazing that the man who was literally worshiped by millions of of pot-smoking socialists across the country can't convince the people who were kissing his ass to vote for the Democratic nominee. Instead, they're all voting for a guy who's further to the right on economics than Milton Friedman because of marijuana. The stupidity of the American voter must never be underestimated, but it will never cease to amaze me.

Not all of them.

But, if you want to write about “the stupidity of the American voter,” make sure to focus on everyone—even if this includes you—who voted the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination to Hillary Clinton.

Bernie needs better messaging than this.  Just saying that it's not the time for a protest vote won't change anything because it allows his supporters to look into that statement and falsely equivocate that Bernie really is saying Clinton is bad but Trump is worse.  He needs to speak positively of Clinton and sell her as a real progressive; which is a hard sell for his supporters after he did the opposite during the primaries.

Agreed, he hasn't been doing nearly enough to ensure that orange turbo-Bush doesn't destroy everything he's worked for over the next four years.

Given that the DNC screwed him and all his primaries voters, Bernie Sanders is doing more than necessary. It is not up to him to win this election. He is not the Democratic nominee. It is up to Hillary Clinton to win this election. If Hillary Clinton cannot beat Donald Trump, it will be her failure.
