Is it possible that this is her ACTUAL ORIGINAL DEFAULT position and she only supported it as SoS because her job is to implement and champion her boss' policies?
Three reasons why I'm not buying that:
1) 45 times Hillary was supportive of TPP in the past:
http://www.cnn.com/2015/06/15/politics/45-times-secretary-clinton-pushed-the-trade-bill-she-now-opposes/index.html2) Her reasons for opposing TPP totally fail the BS test. If in 2013 she was enthusiastically praising TPP when it looked like the biologic patent period would be 12 years, and now in the final deal it's 5-8 years, she's worried that pharmaceutical patent restrictions are too strict? Come on. And the currency manipulation critique is pure political pandering to organized labor.

Once again the simplest, and most obvious answer is changing political calculations rather than a sincere change of heart or anything else of the sort.
