IDS1: Amendment to the Omnibus Maintenance Bill

     This addresses a number of concerns that I have had about the Omnibus Maintenance Bill. Perhaps the most important one is that there is no reference to what happens if an Omnibus law is repealed. That has actually happened, so I think it would be good for us to codify what exactly that means for this statute.

     I would like to thank the Legislature for passing this. Maybe I should omnibus the Omnibus law.
