As previously stated I have grievenaces with many sections of this. I don't like the idea of "suspension" from the Senate. This could be easily politicised and used to remove certain Senators from a vote.

Finally I don't see a justificaiton for a "list of banned words". I recall no outbursts where this would be justified as a proper preventative measure.
