Hurt isn't the ones who's tied with Perriello. Virgil Goode (the previous Representative of this district until Perriello beat him in 2008) is the one who is tied with Perriello.
He is talking about the top matchup. Not the second one.
Has Goode even so much as hinted at running as an indy?
