This comes to floor because Marokai ran up against the anti-clogging rule by placing so many bills in at once.

It will fix the problem that required us to resign in order to hold an election at the beginning of the Senate to determine its membership. In hindsight, I am wishing we had not played it fair, because the GOR committee membership is holding up all the committees.

I ask unanimous consent to suspend the 72 hour minimum debate rule and the cloture requirement to proceed immediately to a final vote. Senators have 24 hours to object.

Seeing no objection, the rules are suspended and a final votes shall commence. Senators please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

Vote on Final Passage of the GOR Committee Resolution:

Aye (7): Ben, HagridoftheDeep, Marokai Blue, NC Yankee, NVTownsend, Redalgo and Scott
Nay (0):
Abstain (0):

Didn't Vote (2): Bacon King and sbane

With seven votes in the affirmative and no nays, no vote change period is required and the Resolution has passed the Senate.
