Keep in mind the take two is for Senate purposes only, it doesn't really have to be officially in the title, and thus we don't have to add that via an amendment if we don't need (want) to do so.

Unfortunately, I got on to late to make UC worthwhile. I'll just open a vote when time expires 24 hours from now.

I came this close to having my computer back yesterday, but a side issue came up and caused some days delay.

Didn't Vote (2): Franzl and Roy Barnes 2010

With eight votes in the affirmative and none in the negative, the Amendment has passed the Senate and has been sent to the regions for ratification.
