When I was composing the approval poll for the cabinet, I wondered something when I typed you into the selection boxes.

Where's the financial panic?

There should have been a stock market crash on Friday June 21st or Thursday the 20th.

In 2010 at his confirmation hearing (after which he proceeded to little to nothing), Al said the greatest thing holding back our economy was the incompetence and inactivity of Atlasian Governance.

I think we should replace the Game Moderator with computer programmed computer software that acts on a set of constraints and would react to in game events with as much similarity as what would happen if the even occured in real life.

I shudder to think of what whould be happenign in NY if CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, NM, UT, and ID were to dissolve themselves. There bonds would crash causing a cascading financial panic, bringing down all the banks that were invested in those bonds and other gov't entities that were exposed to them as well or had purchased. T bills could surge or crash depending on what people expected to hampe to them and the DOW would drop 1,000 + points and all on day one. On day two, Europe would be closing its doors and China would be in a Revolution by day three.

What about the effect on banks and financial institutions, with exposure to Pacific bonds and other securities?

The rather selfish conduct on the part of many IDS officials has been rather discouraging, especailly considering the numerous hours we have been expending in Nyman to put humpty back together again.

Now Mr. President, abotu that road in Sampson county.... Tongue

Is it even legal to order the FED to reduce its interest rates?

The GM is supposed to simulate the actions of the FED. Therefore you could say he is the FED. It is a shame the GM hasn't made that clear by way of regularly posting a FED like statement such as that seen above since such was put into legislation back in 2009.

Mr. Game Moderator,

What is the cost for one fully staffed Mental Health Care treatment facility on average? And how many patients (or perhaps I should say coverage radius) can a facility at that price sustain?

Mr. Game Moderator,

What is the cost for one fully staffed Mental Health Care treatment facility on average? And how many patients (or perhaps I should say coverage radius) can a facility at that price sustain?

A comprehensive mental health care treatment facility (as defined by institutions that offer counseling, therapy, managed care, medication management, psychiatrist services, licensed clinical social work services, peer supports, and substance abuse treatment) that serves a jurisdiction of 100,000 people would have total operating costs of $21.345 M / year. It is expected that an average of 11,500 residents within that jurisdiction would seek some form of treatment at said facility at least once per year. These estimates assume that any jurisdiction in question a) currently lacks a variety of proper mental health care options and b) would ultimately experience a centralization of services based around said facility.

What about construction costs?

So that is why there are areas without coverage by proper facilities.

According to my research we have a deficit of 100,000 beds nationwide. Hmm.

Damn Griffin, I nearly had a Sanford and Son moment as I contemplated spending our entire GDP on eliminating our deficit of mental health beds. Tongue
