The theory behind the VP created thread is a dallasfan alteration from 2011 to make it so other threads wouldn't be necessary. Technically you would just post your posts containing the Noticeboard in the thread and Windjammer would just deleted the previous posts save for the OP containing the Members. Of course we have never had a VP resign, at least not since Dallasfan and that was only a few days left in the term anyway.
