Fundamentally it was an overreaction to a very real problem, and we are better off that it was dispensed with.

It was a unanimous decision if I recall, but I originally started in favor of upholding it. Over the course of deliberating with Spade, though, I was swayed, and Opebo, well, Opebo basically said he would vote whatever way I did in basically any case.
