I refuse to cast a vote for this time-wasting piece of joke legislation.

Legislation should exist that we do not have to deal with this type of time wasting joke legislation.

So much for the bill I was going to introduce requiring all Representatives to wear pink broad brimmed hats, bright yellow shirts, lime green pants, purple and orange striped socks, and neon blue sneakers to the Assembly every Monday while riding into the chamber on multi colored water buffalos.
