Both Elizabeth Hanford Dole and Hillary Rodham Clinton have very impressive resumes.

Academic credentials, Elizabeth Dole has the edge there.

Public offices held, I would place Elizabeth Dole and Hillary Clinton as even.

Overall, I would say Elizabeth Dole has the more impressive resume, albeit very close.

Hillary and Elizabeth largely mirror each other in how they became politically famous, but I'd say Hillary Elizabeth. I'd vote for Elizabeth Dole Hillary Clinton over her, though.

That is certainly true about their careers.

Both ivy league educated.

Both cabinet secretaries.

Both U.S. Senators.

Both unsuccessfully sought the Presidential nomination of their party.

Both married to very prominent members of their party.

Bill Clinton elected President, Bob Dole was a prominent U.S.Senator and a nominee for President.

Elizabeth Dole was a Democrat and became a Republican.

Hillary Clinton was a Republican and became a Democrat.
