I've often heard Obama supporters call Romney supporters white "racists"

There certainly is a distinct racial difference in lifestyle between Romney and Obama.

George W Bush at least came from a hispanic influenced state and promoted many African Americans and Latinos to prominent positions.

On the other hand, Romney is from a predominantly white state of Massachusetts, and has lived in Boston for his adult life, which is a city that has had poor race relations
between the dominant white Irish population and the Black population.  The most notorious Boston race riots came during forced school busing and the integration of public schools.

Romney is also part of a mostly white religion, that has many conservative values to the right of the Catholic church and the Evangelical movement.  The Mormon church also outlawed any Black members until recently.

The mainstream media and most of Hollywood find Romney unacceptable to a multi-cultural America.

Do you think Romney's "Whiteness" is a big issue for the 2012 election?

Does anyone know what race Deval Patrick,  the governor of Massachusetts  is?
