The whole video is a fraud.  O'Keefe edited out the actual questions that were asked and then inserted his own voiceovers that had nothing to do with the questions:

http://www.newscorpse.com/ncWP/?p=26595

"The controversy enters with O’Keefe’s narration that inserts the words “ISIS” and “terrorist” in place of what was actually said. Then O’Keefe slanders Scaffido by concluding that he is pro-ISIS and that Cornell welcomes terrorists to its campus...The problem that is apparent is that Scaffido’s answers above were not in response to the actual questions asked."

Disgusting, O'Keefe is.

...why would anyone do that? It's so easy to expose fraudulent interview techniques these days. Is O'Keefe a few sandwiches short of a full toolbox?

Because true believers refuse to believe that any of their fiercely held beliefs could possibly be debunked.  And anyone who claims that they have been debunked is a liar.  Re: the overwhelming majority of comments here ("Project Veritas is a godsend!"): http://therightscoop.com/james-okeefe-exposes-cornell-dean-who-thinks-starting-a-pro-isis-club-on-campus-is-a-ok/
