No, I don't believe that will happen.
"White" is a political term at this point, not a racial term, and as such, it will always represent the economically and socially dominant majority, regardless of what 'color' the people actually happen to be.
One hundred years ago, Americans of Irish and Italian descent were not considered "white." As time goes on, Latinos in particular will be thought of more and more as "white." Many are already.
So by definition, this country will always have a "white" majority. And one day, hopefully, this "white" majority will include blacks.
