Here's my best guess:

Popular Vote

Clinton/Warner  52.8%
Romney/Ridge   45.7%
Other                  1.5%

Electoral Vote
Clinton/Warner  360
Romney/Ridge   178

Overall, the election is not that much different than what takes place in real life.  However, instead of competing in Indiana, Clinton competes in both Arkansas and West Virginia and she wins them both.  She of course loses Indiana.  Clinton competes in North Carolina, but narrowly loses there, but she narrowly wins in Missouri.  Additionally, unlike Obama in real life, her campaign makes no attempt to organize in Omaha, and Romney takes that electoral vote.  Finally, Michigan would have been Romney's last stand instead of Pennsylvania (which was McCain's last stand in real life), but Romney would have still lost there by 10 or 11 points.
