In Dave We Trust
DO NOT VOTE until after midnight EST at the beginning of Friday. Any votes cast before this time will not be counted

This is the one and only official ballot for the election to fill the vacancy in the District 4 Senate seat caused by the resignation of Senator Cosmo Kramer.

This election is being carried out in accordance with:
None of the Above Act
Election Procedures, Certification and Challenges Act
Omnibus Election System, Procedure and Certification Act
Federal Activity Requirements Act
The Constitution of the Republic of Atlasia

Voting will open at midnight EST on Friday 5 August, 2005 and will close exactly 72 hours later; Only votes in this time frame will be counted. To qualify to vote in this election you must be registered in one of the appropriate States on the tenth day before this election began and be active as defined by Law.

This election will be by preferential voting, described in one of the Acts above. You also have the option of writing in candidates or voting NOTA (None of the Above) if you prefer none of the candidates. You retain the right of writing in a candidate and need not explicitly specify that the vote is for a write-in candidate.

Example:

1. A. Blair
2. M. Howard
3. C. Kennedy
4. Write-in: R. Kilroy-Silk

If you edit or repost your vote, or the post containing your vote, it will be counted as void. If you campaign in this thread it will be likely counted as void.
Please therefore check your vote before posting it.

There are therefore the following valid selections:

Harry (Ind - MS)
htmldon (CUP - TN)
josh22 (ACA - NC)
NOTA
Write-in

States in this District: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas

Due to the fact that both Ilikeverin and I will be unavailable to certify this voting booth until a while after the vote has closed, I have nominated Emsworth, the VP, to certify this voting booth in my stead at the time of the closing of the voting booth.
