No it wasn't it was Defeat the Washington Machine.

I could have sworn somebody said "Take our country back" or something not unsimilar.

First line of Rand's announcement speech:

"I have a message!

A message that is loud and clear and does not mince words:

We have come to take our country back."

i mean it's not as if any of these slogans are remotely original or noninterchangeable.

This is sad; Ted just said Carly was the next VPOTUS. Also, this playlist makes me feel like Cruz only thinks IN is some hick state.
