Biden didn't sue to keep Trump off the ballot. In Colorado at least, it was a group of Republican voters.
Easy to find a handful of people in any camp with tens of millions of members to support whatever ridiculous cause you want. The case was bankrolled and directed by liberal activists.

When someone apparently commits a crime -- let's take the classified documents case, which is a serious crime for which the evidence is rather overwhleming -- they should face the criminal justice system for it. Running for office shouldn't give them a pass for it; no one is above the law. If someone NOT running for President did the same actions, do you think they should be prosecuted for it? Please answer yes or no.
And of course, the state-level indictments aren't under the federal government's control at all.
