I hope the legislature has a spine and blocks these.

I'm honestly tempted to bail out for Uruguay/Argentina since it appears impossible for westerners to make a tolerable society without idiotic social engineering. Notice how the most xenophobic/'pure' western nations(scandanavia) are the most socially pushy? There's a reason for that. No outsiders to dilute their notions of socialsim.

Outlaw HFCS, end all sugar tarriffs/subsidies to corn growers and move everyone to apartments in the cities.

It's not the state's role to pay for people's health costs.

Paterson appears to be curiously keen on failing to get elected.

There's zero need to raise them. All you need to do is cut out loopholes.

It's better than trying to raise income taxes to european levels but I agree with you on cutting business tax loopholes.

A minimum age law to purchase soda is literally the worst idea I have ever heard.

We have too many minimum ages. I'd toss the drinking and smoking minimum ages.
