foreign 'leaders' that should be dealt with

hopefully, we can someday overturn that silly executive order that bans executions of foreign leaders.  im strongly against the death penalty, but i do support executions of despots that clearly threaten regional and/or world security.

here is the list of leaders that need to be dealt with first:

assad
castro
chavez
mugabe
the little demigod of north korea
