I can watch football while I work on AutoCAD.  The family dinners should be over by the weekend as the final set of company should leave Saturday morning.  There are many hours in the day, so a 2-3 hour nap is not going to eat up that much time.

but you cant find the time for a 20 minute walk on a daily basis?
