Canada truly is an amazing country. Nice weather, free healthcare, a socialist party, and American culture and language! What's not to like?

I wouldn't go that far Wink  I also wouldn't tell a Canadian that their culture is similar to ours.  My uncle's wife is Canadian and I had a fight with her once when I tried to convince her there is no Canadian culture (and she won the argument).

Don't say than his culture is American to a person from Quebec. Never. You couldn't believe than somebody could be so angry.

She's actually from Ottawa.  English Canada is just as proud of their culture as Quebec is actually Wink  I was in Vancouver with my girlfriend last year and the first thing everyone would tell us was how terrible Bush is (Harper too, but Bush mostly) and how much they hate America.
I love Montreal though.  My brother used to live in Vermont and I had been there a couple of times (he would visit every weekend).  It's probably the most european city in North America and I loved that.
