This seems unnecessarily bureaucratic given that this is, after all, only a game...

And as a game, I think we deserve to play it free from unnecessary and distasteful actions by members who may take it too seriously.

Free speech that proves harmful should not be protected. It infringes upon the rights of others.

Sounds difficult to enforce... Opinions are going to vary wildly on what statement are actually harmful, I suspect.

They also have to be false. I think ours courts are capable enough to make the distinctions, even in the tough cases.
