WV Gov Republican Primary: Who wins?

A little over a week out. Who wins?

I’m predicting it’ll be Moore Capito, but I could see it being Morrisey or Miller as well. I think the Capito family name and the Jim Justice endorsement will carry Capito over the finish line. A Trump endorsement of a candidate could switch things up, though. Given that Trump likes Justice, I could see Trump making a last minute Capito endorsement per Justice’s suggestion.

If Trump endorses anyone it'll be Morrissey, as he's way more pro-Trump than Capito.

Darren Bailey was far more loudly pro-Trump than Mike Bost. Trump just wants his endorsement record to look good.

Trump dislikes Shelley Moore Capito.
WV Gov primary is a tossup.

I can find no evidence Trump has any actual opinion on her and would probably either endorse her or just not get involved in 2026.
